ЗАВЕРШЕНО РОЗРОБКУ ПРОЕКТНО-КОШТОРИСНОЇ ДОКУМЕНТАЦІЇ БУДІВНИЦТВА НОВОГО ЗАКЛАДУ ДОШКІЛЬНОЇ ОСВІТИ В ГРОМАДІ
У Ярмолинецькій громаді завершено розробку проектно-кошторисної документації проєкту «Нове будівництво закладу дошкільної освіти по вул. Шкільна в с.Нове Село Ярмолинецької селищної ради Хмельницького району».

Отже, результати:
Завершено розробку та проведено експертизу проєкту нового закладу дошкільної освіти в с.Нове Село Ярмолинецької селищної територіальної громади. У будівлі площею майже 4 тис. м² зможуть навчатися 115 дітей у 6 групах. Особлива увага — маломобільним групам населення, для яких буде передбачено безбар’єрний доступ, ресурсну кімнату, укриття та простір безпечного пересування.
Проєктом передбачено:
Будівництво нового дошкільного закладу потужністю у 115 дітей та захисної споруда цивільного захисту (ПРУ) на 158 осіб з класом енергоефективності «А»
Автономне опалення та біологічна станція очищення стічних вод;
Сучасні інженерні мережі, відеоспостереження, LED-освітлення, Wi-Fi;
Окрема ігрова зона, спортмайданчик та озеленення території;
Нові робочі місця: персонал садочка зросте з 14 до 43 осіб.
Проєкт нового закладу дошкільної освіти має на меті не лише заповнити дефіцит освітньої інфраструктури, а й стати зразком для майбутніх освітніх проєктів у регіоні. Зосереджуючись на безпеці, інклюзивності та сталості, проєкт має намір суттєво вплинути на освітній розвиток громади.

Project Documentation for THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW PRESCHOOL EDUCATION INSTITUTION IN THE COMMUNITY HAS BEEN COMPLETED
In the Yarmolyntsi community, the development of the design and cost documentation for the project “New Construction of a Pre-school in Nove Selo village, Yarmolyntsi Municipality, Khmelnytskyi District” has been completed.
We sincerely thank the U-LEAD with Europe Programme for the fruitful cooperation and comprehensive support throughout the project preparation process. Our project was selected on a competitive basis under the Project Preparation Facility in May 2023. We are grateful to the coordinators for their expert support, professional guidance, and constructive engagement at every stage of the project. Your knowledge, experience, and commitment have significantly contributed to the high quality of the project concept and its practical development.
We express our sincere gratitude to our partners, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, for financing the development of the design and estimate documentation through international technical assistance. Project outcomes:
The design development and expert review of a new preschool institution in the village of Nove Selo, Yarmolyntsi Territorial Community, have been completed. The nearly 4,000 m² building will accommodate 115 children in 6 groups. Special attention is paid to people with limited mobility — the project includes barrier-free access, a resource room, a shelter, and a safe mobility space.
The project includes:
- Construction of a new preschool facility for 115 children and a civil protection shelter (Pru) for 158 people, with energy efficiency class “A”
- Autonomous heating system and a biological wastewater treatment plant
- Modern engineering systems, video surveillance, LED lighting, and Wi-Fi
- Separate play area, sports ground, and landscaping
- New jobs: the number of staff will increase from 14 to 43
The new preschool institution project aims not only to address the shortage of educational infrastructure but also to serve as a model for future educational initiatives in the region. Focusing on safety, inclusiveness, and sustainability, the project is expected to significantly contribute to the educational development of the community.
